My introduction to the world of chiropractic care started early on. I grew up in competitive dancing which caused constant injuries necessitating regular chiropractic care. After years of treatment and relief, I decided it would be my goal to provide this care to others. I attended University of Windsor graduating with a degree in Human Kinetics before moving on to Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College obtaining my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I strive to provide individualized treatment plans using evidence-based principles, including using case-tailored techniques like soft tissue therapy, manipulations, exercise and education. I’m a naturopathic doctor and women’s health advocate dedicated to helping you achieve the life you deserve.

I believe that you don’t need to feel limited by your health. I’m an ambitious, motivated, busy-bee life lover that wants you to feel that you can tackle life feeling your best. I know what it’s like to feel trapped by your health and hormones, and I want to redefine what your healthcare means to you.

Together we will create a sustainable and unique health and wellness plan to help you achieve your goals. Whether it’s solving period problems, reclaiming control of your hormones, easing the transition into menopause or being preventive with our metabolic health, I help you dig deep, remove obstacles and create change with no quick fixes. I recently became a first time mom to two beautiful twins, and I have a passionate and special interest in fertility, perinatal, pregnancy, and postpartum care. I want to close the gap for mothers in an underperforming healthcare system and provide the support that you deserve through your motherhood journey. We’re here for long run.

I did my nursing school at McMaster University, and while there I fell in love with the maternal-child population. I had a placement on a postpartum unit, and the year after on the Labour and Delivery unit at Oakville Trafalgar. This solidified my love for the maternal-child area, and I knew it was where I wanted to work. Out of school, I was hired at a hospital and was trained in 3 different units - postpartum, paediatrics, and the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

It was here where I fell in love with helping moms to breastfeed, and I noticed how the power of knowledge was able to make a mom confident and re-assured. So, I decided to pursue a certification in lactation consulting! Currently, I am a certified breastfeeding specialist (CBS) and am on my way to becoming an international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC).

When not in the clinic, I am working my other nursing jobs, working out at the gym, involved with my church, and spending time with friends and family. I am very excited to be serving this community!
